Tony spent 5 years working for a Consulting Engineers in Dublin before moving to the UK. After 3 years with Peter Brett, he established TDA, working on the boards for a couple of clients.

With the introduction of AutoCAD he recruited staff with the expertise required and stepped back from drawing, concentrating on building up the business.

Mike joined TDA in 2010.

He has over 20 years experience within the industry, having a thorough understanding of engineering issues and structural design and detailing, including concrete, steelwork, masonry, timber, facades and cold form steelwork.

His commitment and contribution to the business was recognised in 2014, when he was appointed a Director.

Dave joined TDA in 2003, straight from school.

As part of his training with the Company, he completed a BTEC National Certificate in Civil Engineering in 2006.

Dave has gained a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the industry and now oversees the Drawing Office in the UK, as well as being responsible for TDAs training programme.

Sarah joined TDA in 2006.

With a background in finance and administration in both the finance and education sectors, Sarah is responsible for the Company’s accounts and credit control functions.

Stephen joined TDA in 2000, after leaving Manchester University with a degree in Architecture. He quickly became a valued detailer, specialising initially in sewage treatment works.

After consolidating his expertise in all other areas of our business he was promoted to Drawing Office Manager, with responsibility for co-ordinating the workload of 12 staff. Stephen was made a Director in 2011.
